Does anyone know if a window motor from a different car will suit my 1968 Aston Martin DB6? - window motor
The O / S window motor on my 1968 Aston Martin DB6 is not working. Pls advise on a different car engine, which is the form 1968 or a body DB6.Probably Corsa, etc. Compatible

Hi Ryan. Nice that someone who holds the true spirit of seeing the lives! If I remember correctly, were the Aston in the procurement of parts big cars Leyland. The engine of the window is pretty sure Lucas, you can then start. And the club operator? I know nothing about AM know, but my own club (RSSOC) has published a booklet entitled "Old Parts" list of potential donors for almost everything. Did you repair the existing engine? Best of luck.

Most parts Astons use of Lucas, most of whom came from British Leyland vehicles in general, in this case, probably Jaguar (MK10, 420G, etc.)
Take the engine to get the phone and putting Lucas, probably only brush.

Aston consists of pieces of rubbish and old BMC Rover found together with Windows, a eclectic in the same year and is expected to conform to

I think you're asking the wrong group here, people. If you are an Aston, a repair to be built in somewhere.
I doubt that any other reference mark is crossed, and may even be in the same period and roughly the same price I'm sure. Good luck.
