How To Comfort When Going How Do I Comfort My Cousin When She Is Going To Get Surgery Next Week?

How do i comfort my cousin when she is going to get surgery next week? - how to comfort when going

My cousin is 11 and she gets a tumor of the thyroid gland from Tyro, and I heard she was really scared. I can see her, because she lives in Maryland and I live in New York. I thought to call, but I'm not very good to soothe or comfort. What can I say?

Yes, it would be very reassuring to know how you were during your speech. Perhaps you could be a care package to send - as pajamas after the operation (or) a few clothes mini-hospital, looking for a teddy bear and a word.

They could be what she is afraid to ask, tell her and how she overcame her fear during the operation. Make sure, as it is healthy after the surgery and I feel great. Be honest though, as they say, "May was a little hurt, but you're a girl, so strong, that will do too. Nurses and doctors are very friendly people ... etc."

If you undergo an operation, before you call and tell his story and what went well and that will do. Make sure that your keywords in the level of a 11y / o. choose It's not very good ... is really good that this tumor included a young age. Perhaps you could to your e-mail with a special teddy bear or stuffed animal that they could have with her during the surgery? As a special set of a nurse bears bears or something.

Keep things easy. Tell her she can not eat ice cream then! It can miss school and sleep in and stay all day in my pajamas!
