Hypothyroidism And Cold Sores Is There A Solution To Constanly Being Cold? This Is A Q That Does NOT Involve Illness/hypothyroidism?

Is there a solution to constanly being cold? This is a Q that does NOT involve illness/hypothyroidism? - hypothyroidism and cold sores

Hospitals are so terribly cold for shift work. So many layers of clothing will no longer work. What can be done without ceasing to eat, drink, hot drinks and constantly interfere with the tasks to be carried to the bathroom? Will contribute to your shirt?

Otherwise, I recommend layers. At least I usually wear a shirt under my uniform, sometimes 2 shirts. Some of our ORs are downright Arctic.

Try to wear clothing that isolated. Fleece is good.

Stacking T-shirts, shirts will do nothing. When I am at work I let them UnderArmour T-shirts with a sweatshirt with a / or polar. (The cold, wherever I am)

Try a bit of cayenne pepper in his socks.

It stimulates nerve endings and blood circulation. (This will help to warm up!)

Get your thyroid checked. The thyroid gland is the thermostat body and is often a little wrong. A short trip to your doctor and a blood test will tell you more good to respond to the thyroid gland is overactive or slow. A simple pill to fix this problem.
It's in your body cold, or just its members Hole?
Cold legs and arms are a sign of poor circulation.
In any case, to get checked, your body will try to say something
